Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about our profit sprints, earning labs, tools covered, and what to expect before you enrol.
-
Is Profit AI Vertex a get-rich-quick scheme?
No. Profit AI Vertex is a vocational training provider, not an investment platform, multi-level marketing operation, or passive-income promise engine. We teach practical skills for using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot in professional contexts — drafting client work, accelerating research, and building governed workflows.
We explicitly reject get-rich-quick framing. No facilitator will tell you that completing a profit sprint guarantees a specific monthly income, replaces the need for domain expertise, or eliminates competition in your market. AI is a productivity multiplier applied to work you already know how to sell or perform. If you arrive expecting overnight wealth from prompting alone, this programme is not the right fit.
Our marketing, contracts, and capstone rubrics emphasise demonstrable skill — documented prompt libraries, quality gates, and reusable process — rather than revenue screenshots or lifestyle claims. Participants who apply techniques diligently may improve throughput and win more contracts, but those outcomes depend on market conditions, pricing discipline, and sustained effort outside the classroom.
-
Who is the ideal participant?
Working professionals with at least two years of domain experience — marketing, consulting, operations, HR, finance, or freelance services — who already produce billable or employer-valued output and want AI to compress production time without sacrificing quality. Students and career-switchers are welcome on the Foundations Sprint if they can bring a realistic practice brief.
-
Which AI tools do you cover?
All six profit sprints reference ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), and Microsoft Copilot. We teach multi-model routing — choosing the right engine per task — rather than advocating a single vendor. Participants need their own subscription accounts for hands-on practice; we provide trial guidance where vendors offer them in 2026.
-
How long does a profit sprint take?
Each sprint spans two calendar weeks with three two-hour live sessions (six contact hours total) plus approximately six hours of guided self-practice. Sessions run weekday evenings or Saturday mornings to accommodate full-time employment. The capstone presentation occurs in the final session.
-
Can my company book a private cohort?
Yes. Corporate earning labs support eight to twenty-four participants with customised briefs drawn from your actual workflows. Contact us with team size, preferred dates, and three sample deliverables for a scoped proposal. On-site delivery at Shaw Centre or your office is available within Singapore.
-
Are there technical prerequisites?
Baseline computer literacy, stable internet, and familiarity with your industry's typical deliverables (documents, spreadsheets, slides). The Automation Bridge Sprint additionally requires Microsoft 365 access. No coding background is required for any 2026 sprint track.
-
Do you issue certificates?
Graduates receive a Profit AI Vertex completion certificate listing the sprint track and capstone title. This is a training acknowledgement, not a government-accredited qualification or professional licence. Employers evaluate demonstrated workflows during interviews — the certificate supports but does not replace portfolio evidence.
-
What is your refund policy?
Full refund minus administrative fee if you withdraw seven or more days before sprint start. Partial credit toward a future cohort if you withdraw within seven days. No refund after the first live session commences except in documented medical circumstances. See our Terms of Service for full conditions.
-
How do you handle personal data?
We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Enrolment forms, contact submissions, and session materials containing personal data are stored securely with access limited to facilitators and operations staff. We do not sell participant data. Read our Privacy Policy for retention periods and your rights.
-
Can I attend remotely?
Hybrid attendance is supported for open-enrolment sprints via secure video with chat-based pair partnering. In-room participation is strongly recommended for coaching desk quality and networking. Corporate labs can be fully on-site or hybrid based on your team's distribution.
