How profit sprints are structured

Every profit sprint runs across two weeks with six contact hours and six hours of guided self-practice. Sessions take place at our Shaw Centre studio or via secure hybrid link for regional participants. You bring a real work brief; facilitators help you decompose it into prompt chains, tool selections, and review checkpoints.

Cohorts launch monthly in 2026. Early enrolment secures a seat and access to pre-sprint reading packs covering model updates relevant to that track.

    Establish your personal prompt library, learn multi-model routing between ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot, and build a quality-gate checklist for any client deliverable. Ideal for professionals new to structured AI practice.

    Content Velocity Sprint — Drafting at Scale

    Accelerate blog posts, newsletters, and social copy without sacrificing brand voice. Covers tone anchoring, revision loops, and plagiarism-aware sourcing protocols suitable for agency and in-house teams.

    Research Intelligence Sprint — Market and Competitor Analysis

    Transform raw data into executive summaries, SWOT matrices, and trend briefs. Emphasis on citation discipline, hallucination detection, and presenting AI-assisted research to sceptical stakeholders.

    Freelance Ops Sprint — Proposals, Scoping, and Delivery

    Build proposal templates, milestone schedules, and client communication drafts. Designed for independent consultants who bill by project and need faster turnaround without quality drops.

    Connect Microsoft Copilot to Excel workflows, automate recurring reports, and document handoff procedures for operations teams. Requires baseline Office 365 familiarity.

Paired practice inside every cohort

Half of each session is spent in pairs. One participant plays client; the other runs the AI workflow live, narrating decisions. Roles swap. Facilitators circulate with targeted feedback. This mirrors real client calls more faithfully than solo screen-sharing.

Pairing also builds accountability — you cannot hide behind passive observation when a partner depends on your contribution.

One-on-one coaching desk sessions

Each sprint includes a twenty-minute coaching desk slot where facilitators review your prompt library, suggest optimisations, and flag compliance risks specific to your industry. These are not generic Q&A blocks — they are structured audits of your actual work artefacts.

Coaching desk availability is limited to enrolled participants. Walk-in coaching is available through our services page for alumni and corporate clients.
